Jack’s Black Label Fine Foods is a manufacturer of premium Aussie Jerky. Our range of Beef Jerky is award winning and fast becoming a well-known brand in Australia. We take pride in producing a product that people enjoy eating all over the country. Our products are proudly Australian Made and we are an Australian family owned and operated company.
Our manufacturing facility is based in Caringbah, Sydney. The facility was custom fitted specifically for the production of beef jerky in 2011 when our company was established. Prior to this our family has over 100 years of heritage in the meat industry, having established the first butcher shop in Sutherland in 1896. The name “Jack” references our grandfather, Jack Stapleton, who was one of the founding butchers. Today, we still own and operate Stapleton Family Meats Gymea.
